Seasoning in powder with spices for baked pork ribs
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180 °. Place the ribs in the special oven bag and add the mix. If the meat is frozen, thaw it before use. Close the bag with the supplied tie, loosely, 4-5cm from the end. Gently shake it to distribute the sauce evenly. Place the bag in an ovenproof dish and place it on the lowest shelf of the oven so that it can swell up without touching the sides during cooking. Cook for 60 minutes at 180 °, in static or ventilated mode. At the end of cooking, after removing the bag, let it rest for a minute. Cut the end with the string with scissors and pour into a serving dish.
